The demand for pre-programmed devices has been sharply increasing for the past several years. We have been able to realise this trend early enough to build one of the most efficient programming centres in Europe. The programming capacity amounts to several hundred thousand devices per day .

Component programming:
- All your devices such as E2PROMs, EPROMs, GALs,
PALs, Flashs, FPGAs, EPLDs, Microcontrollers, OTPs
- From master to large scale series
- Serial numbers
- Microcontrollers are programmed on the wafer
following a proprietary development of HTV.

Component marking:
- Laser
- Labelling
- Colour dots

Analysing failures:
The equipment and the know-how gained at our test-facility enable us to directly analyse device problems during the programming process. All failure causes are defined, evaluated and documented by an inspection report which may be useful for you to take corrective action.

Developing adapters and algorithms:
A special department of HTV works on adapter construction. This allows a fast device and new package adjustment to the programming machines. Component programming algorithms will be provided
– if required – and guarantee a fast sample delivery.
