Conditions of participation

After receipt of the registration we will issue an invoice with the amount to be paid as confirmation of participation. The fee has to be transferred to HTV Halbleiter-Test & Vertriebs-GmbH before the event/workshop starts.

When cancelling the registration between 28 and 14 days before the training/workshop starts (only possible via mail, e-mail or fax – receipt stamp applies), a cancellation fee of 10% of the total invoice amount will be charged. After that period the full amount is to be paid in any case. In case of non-attendance or delayed cancellation there is no entitelment to a refund of the participation fee.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the date of the workshop/training even after confirmation of registration with refund of the fees. In the event of cancellation by the organizer, the flight, travel and hotel costs already incurred will not be reimbursed by the organizer.
