We are pleased to report on the great success of TechDay 2025, which took place on June 5, 2025 at the Hotel Tobbaccon in Bensheim. The event provided participants with a unique opportunity to learn about the latest developments and challenges in the world of electronics and technology.
Our high-caliber presentations covered a variety of topics, including:
- Safe storage of electronics: Find out more about storage conditions and measures for preservation over decades.
- Electrical tests for quality assurance: Discover methods from sampling tests to re-fusing.
- Financing concepts for long-term storage: Learn more about TAB Storage Financing.
- Individual module programming: Customer-specific flashing of assemblies, especially for wireless modules.
- Secure AI applications: Risks, testing strategies and regulatory requirements.
- Innovative materials testing: State-of-the-art analytics for quality assurance of modern high-performance materials.
- Cleaning in electronics: cleanliness criteria, process qualification and validation.
- PFAS ban: Overview of the planned ban on perfluorinated and polyfluorinated chemicals.
- Refreshing as a process: Rework, wave soldering, double dipping and plasma cleaning in re-tinning.
- Digitalization of business processes: Development of a customized ERP system.
A particular highlight were the specialist tours of the HTV laboratories, which gave participants a direct insight into our innovative technologies and working methods. During the breaks and at the Meet & Greet the evening before, participants were able to exchange ideas and make valuable contacts in a relaxed atmosphere.
